I haven't heard this story either, but it sounds like a tragic one. Glad to hear justice is served, in any case. What a terrible time for the family. We've got yet another case in the headlines here in Boston.
Thank you for bringing this tragic story to our attention. I hope & pray something good can come out of such sadness for Angie & her family. May she rest in peace.
Awww man, I need to start watching the news, or reading the internet news, or perhaps even occasionally chatting with someone who has ever opened a newspaper to a page other than the comics cause I think I lost a bit of hair when this post went flying straight over my head. However, since you say justice has been served, I believe it because you have yet to steer me wrong with advice (although telling you that will most likely tempt you to now try, lol.) Obviously a sad, tragic, and dramatic story behind this mysterious picture but I respect your decision to only provide vague details. And I will observe a moment of silence out of respect for someone whom you felt enough respect for to acknowledge with an entire posting (because you earned my respect a long time ago).
So many who hate are really individuals who are drown in their own ignorance and fear. This was a terrible story. Sadly, there are so many stories like this. Justice may be served in the end, but still loss is loss is loss.
It's definitely a step forward, but it's so unbelievably sad that we have to be grateful and celebrate the fact that a human being's murder was actually taken seriously. :'-(

I don't understand this - probably the only person in America who doesn't!
Amen, alan. Amen. Finally some well deserved justice for a very sad case, and a *hopefully* final defeat to the "trans panic" defense. RIP Angie. RIP.
RIP Angie. Whoever she is, I believe she lived as a legend and died left the world legendary.
Good morning, Alan.
Clearly, I'm out of the loop, again, but if you're satisfied, I'm satisfied, 'cause you're a just kind of guy.

Nice to see justice served, but tragic story still.

Amen!
I'm glad you are feeling better and I'm happy to see the signs of spring around your neck of the woods too. :)

Rock on Brother! Rock on! I so agree. Life without parol is actually a light sentence compared to what Angie and her family got.
